🚀 Exciting Updates to the Lynx Experience: New Features, Bug Fixes & More 

 TL;DR Summary – Users can now create action reports, create their own user filters, see dates and times in their preferred format and enjoy new options for tracking equipment.

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates and improvements to Lynx that enhance your experience on the platform. Below, you’ll find details on new features, resolved issues, and guidance for getting the most out of Lynx's latest tools.  

LYNX VERSION 4.4.1 

New Features  

Email Integration Updates 

There are various updates to the Email Integration function, used for automatically creating engagement events by simply forwarding an email.  These include flagging if an email is from the Email Integration and creating one record in the Correspondence Log for each email in the chain.  

 

 

Ability to Filter on Topics  

Topics are used to track a broad range of issues, subject matter areas, grievance categories and more. Now users have the ability to filter on Topics in the Events grid (e.g.; Filter>>Topic is “Land Use”.  

 

 

 

New Action Priority Descriptions 

Actions have priorities which can be assigned according to Incident severity.  

P1- Critical/Immediately Priority: Requires immediate resolution (same day/same shift), as it can result in significant impact to people/operations/project 

P2- High Priority: Complete as soon as possible to prevent escalation (within a 

P3- Medium or Near-Term: Significant, but not urgent. Can be addressed in a few weeks 

P4- Low or Long-Term: Minimal impact and can be worked on when resources/equipment available. Complete in One to Three Months 

P5- Lowest or Longer-Term: May not impact the project/operations/people directly or can be postponed. Complete in Three to Six Months 

Resolved Issues  

Bugs were corrected for the following issues: 

  • Contact Groups not showing in Event Contacts section.  

  • Assets not refreshing  

  • Event subcategories no showing in Event setting for internal users  

  • General Inspection Form issues.
