🚀 Exciting Updates to the Lynx Experience: New Features, Bug Fixes & More 

 TL;DR Summary – Several updates were made to Events, Incidents, Email Integration and more. Security was enhanced and a bug leading to Events being created multiple times was fixed.

 We’re thrilled to share the latest updates and improvements to Lynx that enhance your experience on the platform. Below, you’ll find details on new features, resolved issues, and guidance for getting the most out of Lynx's latest tools.

New Features  

Updates to Events  

The Lynx Events feature allows companies to track everything from community and government engagement to team training and more. Events has a variety of fresh changes: 

-Users can tag separate events in all taggable text areas, like comments, and link  existing events together.  

- Users can now create “Draft” Events that aren’t yet ready for saving. 

-Users can add internal Team Members to Events, which is separate from Contacts  (used for stakeholders outside an organization).  

Updates to Incidents  

- Work being done on Incident Witness or Participant forms will save as soon as user adds/edits/deletes any of the incident participants.  

- Affected Parties and Witnesses are now only being shown to admins + investigators 

- There are new workflow builders for Event and Incident Action assignments and   notifications in Settings.  

Other updates: 

- Best practice sample email summaries were loaded into the AI to improve Email   Integration responses.  

-We analyzed and scanned for potential gaps in our security infrastructure. 

Resolved Issues  

We fixed an issue where Events were unwantedly scheduled multiple times.
